I've read just about all threads on the dreaded 'squeal' with Td5. Started by changing the auxiliary belt which was worn in places but still squeaking. Next was the tensioner which was easy to change. Even stuck a 5c coin in there which was a popular fix to a squeaky belt... Still squeaking. ACE...
