I have a '04 discovery and no manual !! The orange light on the dash with the pic of the car and two arrows , one going up and one going down is coming on , anyone know a quick fix ? I am a mum of 4 and rely on my discovery !!! Anyone help ?

Can anyone help ... I have an '04 discovery (last of the old shape)and can not find where I put my CD's. The radio has a CD option and a tape deck (!!) but I don't know where the CD's go.

I have just bought a Discovery 2.5D '04 registration and am having trouble getting the boot seats up. I have the bottom of the seats down but can not release the back of the seats. I have tried to follow the instructions on the back of the boot door but to no avail. Help me ... I have 4 kids...
