Hi, I just bought a 1989 Defender 90 which is in reasonable condion and I was thinking of getting it waxolyed. A local landrover independant garage said he would do it for £400 plusVAT. does that sound reasonable?

Has anyone sucessfully hand painted a defender with matt black paint? if so what is the best way to do it and what would the recommended paint be?
