Drivers side split on side where you get in and out tried repair kit but didn't work

Is there a fuse? Check all bulbs etc seem ok Is there a switch somewhere I can check Please help

Hi v new to landrover have the 3 lights on the dash need to know 1.is this a mot fail? 2.any way of getting rid of lights without fixing the acvtual probs 3.other than landrover is there any way of soring it out 4.how much am i looking at roughly to have this sorted many thanks ps heard...
