I've just picked up my X reg 1.8 petrol Freelander from an abortive visit to the garage! I've had some 'leak' in the front passenger footwell and at the same time noticed that my water level had dropped quite a bit - assumed the two connected but the garage say they can't find a link or leak...

I'm not getting good mileage from my 1.8 petreol freelander - it was suggested that I should use injection cleaner alternate months - is that a good idea or should I look for other issues? Most of my driving is 'combined', should be good run but roadworks and traffic now mean stop start...
