After a drafty drive home, due to the driver window on my cursed Disco II refused to come back up, the nice man from the RAC informed me that the teeth on the cog arm have come off. My question is; is this cog arm thing replaceable or does it come with the motor and therefore gonna cost me big...

My dashboard 12v socket has ceased working after an encounter with my satnav cable. I'm trying to access it but can't get the centre console off - any idea's? Keeps blowing the fuse too & having trouble getting a workshop manual. All help appreciated. Thanks
