I have had prices around the £500 to supply and fit a tow bar for my disco 3 are they easy to fit yourself and where can I purchase genuine parts without going to a main dealer

Hi all, I have a 4 year old defender bought from new it has only done 40K. When I reverse then move forward i cant get out of reverse its also some times moves forward when the clutch is fully pressed down, Is this a clutch problem and why has it gone only doing 40K. Rodged
