has anyone out there put a 300tdi r380 box into a 200tdi disco? if so whats involved, is it a direct replacment? thanks

have a question, can you fit a disco 300tdi r380 gearbox into a 'k' reg 200tdi disco? if so whats involved? any help appreciated. thanx:)
