Anyone got the cylinder heads torque settings for a ser3 4 cylinder 2.25 na diesal please trying to get it ready for its first mot for 3 years

Having major problems trying find new replacement thermostat housing fixings (three bolts) for a 2.25 n/a 5mb out of a series 3 any help even a part number would help.

Inherited My fathers '62 ser2a a year ago although origanally petrol it was diesal when my dad bought it in '85 it currently has a 2 1/4 na diesal 3mb came across an engine of a friend of his a while back and it was cheap so bought it who said it was the same 2 1/4 on closer inspection it looks...

Does anyone have any suggestions for a replacement for my 2.25 diesal, my mate say's that a 2.5 N/A diesal from a 90 or 110 between 1985 to 1988 is my best bet (the fact he has 2 within this range make me suspicios of his motives). Also would prefer a better gearbox any suggstions.
