Hi anyone experienced the top hose bleed screw thread dropping out into the pipe and going somewhere in the water system? Checked radiator and thermostat no sign of it! Not sure if it was brass or plastic, All I know is the thread is no longer there! Any advice please?

Hi new on here and looking for help please? Discovery 2 oil cooler changed 18 months ago, my header tank is full of engine oil, Is it poss that its blown? Warped or the seals are shot already? Cheers, Lee
