Does anyone know how to change the knee light bulbs on a 2008 L322? Tried YouTube & the interweb to no avail ‍♂️ Said I best ask before I break something lol

I just picked up a 2008 Vogue SE, Has a towbar fitted. I don't intend on using it. But everytime I start her up I get the "check trailer light", The trailer icon also stays on also and will remain on until I turn my sidelights or main beams. If i were to indicate without switching the lights on...
