After getting my EKA code it seems I can enter it I presume due to the switches that register the key position being faulty. I wonder if I can just bypass these by jumping the wires through the actuator connector block. Has anyone done this with sucess?

I'm suffering the D2 key fob issue and presume the receiver is at fault. So I'm looking to try another one. Only atm ebay prices are nuts. Typical profiteering by businesses of a known issue . I've a few other faults so not 100% sure it's the receiver which makes buying new just to find out a...

Got a 99 Disco2 TD5 about 6 months ago. My first Landrover and I have to say it's an impressive vehicle! Sadly things starting to go wrong hence why I've joined up. Already learnt a lot from this forum
