Got the basic version without the built in screen is there an aftermarket preferably touchscreen system I can get to fit where the screens normally or or alternatively to replace the standard stereo system

Recently bought this model (2008) and it doesn’t have the terrain response, does this make all that much of a difference? And I’ve just read that this version isn’t 4x4 is that true ?
