LR2 tailgate won't open. I get the small secondary click when pressing the unlock on the key, but not the main click to open. Can anyone advise how to get the tailgate open manually, so that I can replace the switch mechanism. Thanks

Good afternoon. I have a 2008 Freelander 2 HSE, and recently go stuck in a boggy grass field, and had to be towed out by a VW Toureq.. I had engaged the terrain response switch to mud/ruts but only the front wheels appeared to be turning. How can I ascertain if all wheels are getting drive ?
