Is it possible (well anything's possible), and relatively easy, to retro-fit electric windows to a 2005 Defender? Is the wiring all there? Is it just a case of getting the switches and the door mechanisms?

Has anyone converted their headlights to HID? I did this on my motorcycle, and it's the best mod I ever did (H7), though I understand that HID H$'s are not perfect since they have a solenoid to move a shield to change from dipped to main beam.

I've just bought a 2005 Td5 110 from a friend [here in South Africa - but not that hot at the moment] (with 71,000 km on the clock) and have to say I'm dissapointed with the air conditioning. Is it usually fairly weak? If so, can it be improved? If not, what it the likely maintenance? Thanks...
