Hi was just changing light bulb today and switched ignition on so I could put lights on to see exactly which bulb to change and could here a sort of quick tickking noise which I located to the IAC Valve. Should this be making a noise when ignition on but car NOT started? Or does it need...

Hi, Have just recently joined the forum. Have owned my 2005 Freelander 1 petrol 1.8 for about three months now having previously owned a 2001 TD4. Looking at the forum it seems there is plenty of expertise here so will be looking in quite a lot I think. Cheers
