i was wondering what your opinions are as far as the best engine oil for 4.0 p38, 2001, also best filters? if i supply oil and filter my local garage will do the change for £20! rather do this than have them use there own oil.

hi, one of the issues to sort on my 2001 4.0 p38 is a tapping noise coming from what sounds like the drivers side front wheel, it sounds just like there is a stone in the tyre, even speeds up and slows down with the speed of the car but as soon as i touch the brakes it stops!!! any ideas...

Hi, does anyone know how much it would cost to get a spare key for my 2001 p38 4.0? it came with one ropey looking key, it is key 2. also if i get a repair kit to replace the buttons on the key can i fix it myself or will it need to be reprogrammed after i remove batteries? thanks.

hi all, finally bit the bullet and got myself and old P38, or should I say got myself a new hobby!!!!! It’s a 2001 4.0 with 74,000 miles, got a few bits and pieces need doing but generally in pretty good nick! Look forward to being part of the community.
