Has anyone got any advice on repairing this driver's side door on my 110? I'm not sure if it can be repaired or if ill just need to order a new one! It's the old style door with a lift up handle and sliding Windows.

As it needs a bit of a touch up I am going to re spray it and the general response I expect to this is to keep it the classic blue and cream colour scheme which is probably what ill do! but does anyone have any suggestions for a colour scheme??
