Hi Newby to the Land Rover world, just purchased a Ex MOD Tithonus 110 Hard Top

Hi All I have just purchased a Ex MOD 110 and need to use it in the London LEZ does anybody know of a company that retrofits a DPF suitable for a Land Rover 110 that does not look like it has had a water tank fitted underneath? any help would be appreciated?
