I have a P38 which needs the auto box changed and no garage around here want to do it,current box locked in 1 and R have checked all likely problems without success so have to swap boxes

My insurance from NFU came in and has gone up by nearly £100 so I thought I would go onto Money Market and get a quote,well they are supposed to offer good deals,well for the same comp insurance and details as NFU their best quote was £650 going up to over a £1000,is this a con trick or what. Just heard from my daughter that her neighbour has bought a Rangie 1,from the last batch of 25.A special by all accounts. Paid £49,999 for it and when checked on dvla it had done 214168 miles before being rebuilt and re registered as a 2002 and clocked 1756 since. Has the world gone totally mad.

Can anyone tell me the thread size of the green coolant sensor on the 4 L gems engine. Intend to replace with a proper unit,anyone done this and can suggest the best setup,capillary tube pref.

P38 4L Gems Turn the key and the engine fires but immediatly stops,same for the next 2 tries 4th try the engine starts normally.Anybody have any ideas.
