Hi all, Whilst trying to get to the bottom of my overheating issue on my V6, I've noticed some rather bodged hosing work that's been done in the past. The pipe I'm referring to is the one marked in green below, I know it's only a return pipe to the expansion tank but surely it's not right...

Can anyone help, I just can't seem to get this into the hole, the O ring just doesn't go in ! Anyone any advice on an easy way to get this in?
