hi just done injector seals change oil and filter for some reason I'm getting no oil up to the filter can some help me what it may be :(:(

hi was on way to work this morning and started to hear rumbling sound under my floor then engine rev was going up and down then a rattle and then clatting and no drive stopped it soon as possable but when i tryed to start again it just clatting sound ? anyone any ideas :(
