I've managed to round off an Alun key bolt and can't get it undone.. Before I attach the Alun key to it with metal epoxy, has anyone got any useful tips to unscrew it easily?

I'm looking to spray my 90 chassis with a liberal coating of waxoyl.. does anyone know how many litres of waxoyl would be needed to do a good job? whilst I think of it, how much to do the chassis on a Disco 2 as well..?

I've got a bog standard 90. I would like to upgrade to a 2" lift kit but don't really know enough about them to know which is the best. I have a budget of around £500 give or take and want to know which is the best for this sort of money and whether I need to get the trailing arms etc or just...
