Im having trouble with getting air in my fuel lines with my 300tdi I replaced the fuel pump, lift pump, all of the fuel lines, put in different fuel filter in (clear in line) and I bypassed the sedimenter but im still getting air in the lines, its small fizzy bubbles.

Im having trouble tightening down my pulley bolt, when I get it about half way in before the crank starts turning, is there a trick to stop it from turning?
