    EP 90 is the recommended but many folks use the one shot, though not sure it really is one shot. 🤔

    The pitting needs to be filled in to keep the swivels spherical or I guess oil will leak around lower bits. Point of note, check how thick the casting is for any replacement parts some are thinner than they should be.

    I believe it still can be re-chromed, but if it smoothed and polished there is no need. Not something I have the patience for but it has apparently been done. 🤔

    JB Weld or chemical metal is an option. Smooth over and rub down. Time consuming though if you going to do it right.

    I am in process of renewing the swivel gators on my Series. Do I stick with the EP90 or go with the one shot grease ? Indeed, is there any other options, or, what I was considering, was EP90 but grease directly on the swivel before fitting gator ?

    I can only see relay 7 as an ignition relay which feeds the CJB (passenger footwell). Relay 8 is the fast/slow wiper relay, Relay 11 is wiper on/off. Pins 1& 2 at the motor should be power but they are switched from the relay so you may have to operate switch to find voltage there, if not that...

    Are you sure pin 1 should not be a ground ? Or, it may only show a voltage when operated if it the intermittent ?

    Is the socket live with ignition off ? My solar charger says it cannot be used with this type of socket.

    The barrel collapsed on my D2, which I had to change but this wasn't sudden. It became Increasingly difficult over a few months. Removed shroud and drilled bolts out from above to change.

    Agreed, diagnostic read is the way to go but does anyone know if the warning light flashes in sequence ? I recall X-Type Jags had a flash sequence that indicated which circuit. Slightly OT I know, just curious.
