Just been listening to it while engine running. It's like a fast rattling noise from the front of the engine. It starts and after a while cuts off and then a starts again a few seconds later. It's definitely worse when I turn the wheels for some reason.

Would something like that build up in noise or would the noise start suddenly? I don't remember it making this sound last time I drove it.

It's when turn the wheel. I pulled up on the drive and turned the wheel & heard the noise.

Actually looking at the picture I think there was slightly more room for adjustment. Think it was the high pressure lines stopping it's rotation any futher.

Steering fluid reservoirs good. So no need for any fluid. Still drips of diesel tracing from around the rear of the pump. I'll check that out Tomorrow.

Wrong threadbare what power steering fluid do I need. Haven't checked yet but I'll have a look in the reservoir.

Do the alloy ones fit well with the securing clips they look smooth on the metal ones unlike the grooved plastic tabs at the top.
