Twice I've done this and twice there's been an airlock. No hot air coming through the heaters and LPG coolant pipes freezing as the engine was warm..... Ahh right I see now the P38 is a sealed unit? The car would take longer to get o normal running temp ye's with it out not too great in the winter but worth a go to eliminate each thing one by one IMHO

Having a look through your thread and after my 3.9 has just recently been over heating which I solved (thermostat sticking and not opening properly) If your top hose is warm then the thermostat is opening as the flow of water comes from the engine to the RAD via passing through the thermostat...

If it's a single point LPG system, mines runs off the coil to give the signal to the solenoid to cut the petrol off and start the LPG. it's brown and red wiring I'm sure.

Get the side skirts off it and make sure it's not eating the side of the sill too, fairly easy to get off you just need to order the clips to refit the skirt as once they're off that's them cooked :) mines has just had the drivers side done at the rear below the passenger door then coated in...

Sounds like you have the same problem I had only weeks ago. My heater blower only worked on the 3rd setting(resistor pack behind the lil grills on top of the bonnet burnt out) Then my blower would make a very loud chopper type sound when on the 3rd setting. Changed the resistor pack without too...

I've done all of that already ;) It's the speedo/rev counter I now need to get off to enable me to get the whole of the dash off and the centre console so I can get in at the blower itself

Half way there, A/C centre tray out. Top dash nearly off but need to get speedo/rev counter off to get whole dash out? Centre console = fuse box/heater control facia/? I'll have a look at the weekend and see what's needing done a bit more :)

I need to get in at the big feck off black matrix thing that sits under the centre of the dash to replace the blower........... Well at least that's what I think I need to do.
