You definitely need to check the actual cable hardware in Device Manager. Although you selected FTDI, that does not confirm the cable is that type.

With the serial cable plugged in, open Device Manager, and Delete the windows serial driver. Then run the FTDI Installer. Do not use device manager to install it. Then back in Device Manager / USB Serial / Properties check the cable manufacturer is actually FTDI.

If someone said compression is not right, what PSI is it getting, and what are they basing that statement on ? Not sure on Thor, but on GEMS crank sensor will prevent starting, but nothing gets logged on diagnostics. Are all the basics ok ? Compression, Spark, Fuel getting to injectors, etc. ?
