The reason for mentioning oil was injector washer leaks. Later TD5s run bad with no maf, so if no change.

Take right one apart and clean it well, looks like something growing inside

check oil level, also could be fuel pump

Not sure why but it runs like a dog, on a very high specification PC, capable of running quite good games, may try Proton rather than WINE
