Repaired the rip in my drivers seat bolster, found some leathercloth that matches perfectly and glued it on Not the best of glue jobs but it'll do fer now 🙂

Charging FL2 battery, was going for a run but it's too hot Only had 11.8 volts due to much locking and unlocking, starting while doing a service, starting while changing power steering oil etc etc. doesn't help that the mirrors fold every time I lock it/unlock it, I forget how to stop that...

Afternoon Lovely sunny day, managed to keep house down to 22c by having blind closed and windows shut. Painted GF's fence this morning, looks better in grey and silver than rusty black and faded gold :D Dog behaved as well, just lay there and baked in the sun. :rolleyes:

Power steering system flushed with 2 litres of new fluid and new reservoir fitted I have a noisy pump, never noticed it before, let it develop for now Cleaned the seats as it's a lovely day and hoovered the life out of the interior, not a dog hair in sight now :D Might go for a run to New...

Sounds like a plan, either small file and file a tiny flat middle of needle or you can use Brasso to remove tiny amounts off till you get an improvement, could be lean at top end though and rich lower down, that would give black plugs if you're not flat out all the time. Not easy so trial and...

You can always file a bit off the BDL if you loose power top end

It's not the plugs, it's either burning oil or tooooo rich

Could use two and rig up a connecting leverage type device, did this once with a handbrake cable

Just syphoned the fluid out of my FL2 Power Steering resevoir and it's definately red. Waiting for green stuff to arrive now then I can replace it.
