Has the ecu been set to cruise control fitted with a nanocom or hawkeye.? Check on see if setting is on or off.

I had it in a Big folder too. Was a pain in the arse and took up too much space so put in on my phone and now have always got it to hand as long as I've got my phone with me. Nanocom in boot, RAVE on phone, AA membership just in case, lol.

Agree with it being water sensor. Mine seems to have a mind of its own. Stays off for ages then on and off a few times a day.

Can't really help with disco tech info but I can say there is an apple to hdmi adaptor available. Have one which our son uses to connect ipad to hdmi input on AV amp at home to watch stuff on the TV. Plays sound and video fine. I think we purchased from fleabay a while ago.
