Lower pressure=lower ride height, not exactly what you what over rough stuff. You could try running at m/way height, which would give you slightly softer springing, but risk the unside of the car. Unfortunately standard LR airbags use pistons profiles which actually harden the ride as the car...

Hey fanatic, yeah i just don't get it, mine's usually £375ish (fully comp, protected no claims, P38 DT) suddenly with no reason given it's jumped to just over £1000! whilst quotes from other campanies are still in the £350-400 region.

Does anyone know if there might be any particular reason/trend in insurance for my insurance company to more than double my renewal quote? I've 10 years no claims, 1 expired sp30 conviction and I just can't see why it should have suddenly leapt to over £1k in the last 12 months???

fleabays probably your best bet, there are usually plenty relatively cheap. at least it wasn't a fog light, their more expensive cause they get broken so often there are fewer around.

Interestingly although some stores are still selling it, Slick 50 no-longer have a manual gearbox treatment listed as a product, so presumably it was discontinued/withdrawn??
