Sorry, I did change the sender when I did the engine swap to the one from the old 2.5turbo. Also, there is no mayonnaise anywhere in othe oil, so what other symptoms would suggest head gasket.

Series door seals were riveted on, but they were riveted to a channel which is suitable for push on seals. I have push on seals on my series 2! Sorry, no pics of van sides though. Good luck!

I drove in the LEZ not long back in a 110csw, with windows in the rear. No problems whatsoever. As said though, I think it is very dependant on what it says on your v5.

Spook, why did you decide to change to genuine mounts after fitting the 200? My 200 vibrates the whole vehicle (it's on original 2.5td mounts) and I'm trying to improve it slightly. The engine/exhaust isn't touching the bodywork or chassis where it shouldn't be.

With an electric fan, do any of you still have the fan cowl fitted or is it just mounted to rad and that's it? In slow traffic, my temp gauge does start to creep up towards the red, which always makes me worry, and I find that I am always watching the gauge. Also, the gauge reads differently...
