I have a Clarke jump pack. Does 12/24 and starts the 7.5t lorry. Gets 4 boosts from it. Got little power outlets for usb etc. good if you have a dead motor & camping. Never had any problems with power steering pipes. Electric pump,you can transfer fuel from cans or by pass the lift pump.

Undo the belt & see if it move up/down & grinds.bet the rear bearing has gone… Just replace it

@dag019 Nothing will fall out. There is just the o ring Make sure the bolts are tight. Mine came loose & pushed the o ring out a bit Don’t have the size,I had a spare pump & just swapped the seal over

And change the star screws to Allen heads. Easier to tighten by the side of the road

Out for a drive. Found the handbarake was set too good and was dragging for a bit. Stopped & re set the cable all good now.

Remove the 2 screws & replace the O ring… Yep I know how much diesel they loose as it’s happened to me. (Think I turned the o ring over to get me home) Nothing will fall out

Welding has gone crap with most of the suppliers. Thickness of metal has gone thinner. Most plastics are the same. Nothing built to cope with a few years of abuse

Make sure it’s a plastic 1. The old paper ones don’t last long

Popffff series 1 no heater,door seals,etc You lot have too many luxuries (As for the 90 heater,rad muff for the winter months warms things up faster)

Have you turned the knob on the relay till the trailer light on dash flashes once? does the turn signal work on the dash?

Have you twisted the knob on the led relay? Also what year is the motor?

Are you using the chassis or reg number to find the part? You will need to get that front pulley off. (Allen key in middle & ring spanner,spanner may need a shock knock to start with)
