i thought the transfer box was just to select high and low and the ecu just applied the brakes to a spinning wheel when off road?

ive thought about drilling a hole and using a nut and bolt :homer:

just to the left of the foot well light is a grill with a buzz/sounder above it makes funny noises when the connecter corrodes

the chrome covers are part of the wheel nut and don't come off, they do have a habit of swelling so the wheel brace don't fit

he was mailing me about a manual conversion and what was needed

just to confuse ive got green in my one

the manual missed out about the struggle to get the alternator off its mounting and out of the engine bay past all the other bits in the way

the slot in the back plate may have rotted out, if so get a bolt and 2 washers fit a washer over the end of the bolt pass through the spring shoe and back plate put other washer over bolt use a nylonnut and do up just enough to apply tension on spring, will work till you get a new back plate

lower arms easy if you have a big enough hammer and fork separator uppers not so much

just to the left of the light is a sounder took me ages to find the corroded terminal on the back of it and stop the annoying noise coming from it
