So, an update after i've had a week off from work, Striped the exhaust, on both sides, missing all the short head bolts on the offside of the block, new exhaust on and new head bolts and compression is right up, Blowing oil out the back which is to be expected after who knows how long its been...

Guessing an auto, undo sump plug so it weeps at a controlled rate, constant checks so you dont go the other way

You need to tell the car your running different sized wheels as the speedo will be wrong, also spare wheel is an optional extra when ordering from new, otherwise you'll have the tyre foam, which isnt all that great imo
