Hi Dude, I do think it looks good for little money....Just a thought for you...
For you final coat it might be worth a try at thinning a little of the paint with 10% hammerite thinners and then using a gloss roller, the paint being slightly thinner should allow it to flow better and flow out...
Did you know that you can thin hammerite with hammerite thinners an then spray it with a gun and compressor.
For using a roller that still looks ok.

You should have replaced the fusible link with a new 1 and not solid 30 amp cable.....That could work out a very expensive repair for you as the fusible links are there to protect the fusebox and onboard electronic systems.....IMO....rip the wire out ASAP and fit a new fusible link.

Hi Dave,
Your spill pipes should have a blacking plug on the end of no.4,then 4 is connected to 3,3 is connected to 2, 2 is connected to 1 and then 1 is connected to a T piece in the fuel line connected to the fuel pump.
Hope this helps

Hi Alan, it sounds like the window regulator has lost a couple of teeth and the cracking noise is the motor slipping over the worn out teeth. Door panel off i'm afraid to double check it.

You fit a rally pedal box to your series 3 along with an inline brake distribution lever fitted to the tunnel next to your left knee,so that you can switch all the braking force to the front wheels. This allows a series 3 to lift its tail and then sit on peugeots...lol
Should work in theory lol.
If it had of been me i would have considered putting a satin finish laquer over the top just to protect it a bit.But that is just my opinion....She does look well tho.
