There’s a very good looking coniston green one on eBay at the moment that’s spent a lot of time at famous four. It’s up for 4k and I’d say it’s worth that 👍🏻

You’ll struggle at 2k unless you find someone who doesn’t know that they’re getting a bit rare.
If they don’t know it’s getting rare, then they don’t know D1s and more importantly the rust won’t have been addressed!
Got the suspension section welded in then stopped and moved onto my other D1 as thought I’d left my drill at home.
Turned out to be in back of truck whole time 😂

Finally, got some gas and new gloves. The welding supplies shop I use is sooo helpful and really good blokes.
I said my earth was too tired and in the way so he made me a nice thick one up with a new clamp.
Annoyingly, I assumed it would be a post earth but it’s not. It’s a daft hard...
Bit more tidying up. This was rusty and flaking everywhere. I meant to only clean up where my fuse box earths but ended up taking the lot back to metal.
Epoxy primered then only had half a can of black left so used some caliper paint
She does look clean from outside!

Under the panel under your steering wheel there’s satellite fuse box. Should be labelled on the back of the panel mate. Got a little box strapped to it called your MFU which controls courtesy light timings etc
Don’t know why this has just come up for me but I’ll put all my edc stuff for sale on here shortly when I go through the shed as I’ve got the injectors, pump etc 👍🏻 PM me if of interest and I’ll let you know when I list it 👍🏻
