That would probably explain the road speed then ��:) I have cleaned the map sensor and replaced maf and filter. I did notice that the map was a bit wet with oil. Is this normal? Egr has been removed but still getting egr readings on live data

the maf readings are all good, ranging from 60 idle up to 600 at full throttle

i have now got some more data and converted it in excel, could anyone with any experience please have a look and see if it looks right. i am not sure if i have a turbo pressure problem as it only reaches the 200 mark a few times. also i still cant find the idle fault. ignore the road...

hi, I know this is an old post but just wondered if u sorted it or not? as I have just purchased a nanocom evo and live in Ipswich so can help if u need it.

I have just purchased a nanocom evo. Just plugged it in to try it and got error code 1,7 air flow circuit and 10,1 air con fan drive. I dont have air con so I am ignoring that 1. But what could the air flow 1 be? Also on the live data it looks like the aap is low reading at approx 96.35 at idle...

how long have u had the car? I have just had the same problem with mine and it turned out that the previous owner had adjusted the wastegate too much, I turned it back half a turn and seems to have sorted it.

Right. Think I have finally solved it. Whilst checking wastegate again the rod looked really short, so I undone the lock nut and turned the adjuster to find a painted line. I guess the previous owner wanted more boost so adjusted it 2 much. Seems to be fine with half a turn back.

No injectors havent been touched apart from when I changed harness. Thanks everyone will try wastegate again later and check hoses again.

hi guys, me again :crazy: I have managed to sort most problems on my disco now, but I have 1 more I don't seem to be able to find a solution for. it all drives fine and have loads of power up until approx. 2500-2900rpm then it seems to just hit a wall and wont go over 3000rpm. it revs fine...

I did have a look at the fpr from under car and it does look wet but thought that could be where oil was dripping down from rocker gasket and no smell of fuel. And I havent changed camshaft seal yet but no oil around it

Yes I changed both oil filters, oil, fuel filter and air filter last week along with the injector harness and rocker cover gasket. Oh and a new maf. It is running alot better than it was when I got it. Before I did all this it was very low on power.

No it hisses at low revs under load. If I just rev the engine stationary it all sounds normal

Yep think it must be. It was more the hissing sound when warm I was concerned about but I dont know anyone else with a disco to compare it. :)
