Thanks Landybloke....I'll give the drill ago on the spot welds, rather than bending the panels, Re the lean, I think the only way to get rid of it, will be if I replace the following items, springs, shockers, etc...Im just stuck as to which springs, i.e normal Land Rover ones, or Parabolics...

Great advice,worked a treat, used a 5m drill bit, and off they cames :-). On some panels I noticed like small spot welds, anyone got any clues as to what options I can undo these with, again is it just amatter of drilling into the spot welds...? so that I can remove the old panels.
