My welder friend is concerned about engine rotation? I believe these engines turn clockwise from the front. I am assuming not a high reving engine this is not an issue? Has this been noticed?

The inner wheel liners are removed to replace the galvanized wheel liner they will need to be modified to fit the intake off the turbo going to intercooler & air filter. The air filter will need some astral guidance to install. note I am still removing parts.

The series is a different setup this engine was installed in a series when I got it, rebuilt they could not get it to fit. thnx will see if either of those options will work when get muffler lined up.

200 tdi in 110 PU with Alisport turbo, I should of used stock but fitting the manifold pipe it is a tight fit. How close does the pipe end up to the frame, I am assuming it is quite close? a friend is doing the modifications, presently the manifold & the adapter pipe from Steve Parker fit tho it...

The 2.5 has a shield on lower pipe to protect the slave I may see if I can fit that also. thnx gives time to come up with something for heat.

Yes both clutch piping & starter will need protection just wondering what is best protection? wrapping is one option or a metal heat shield?

Steve Parker suggests moving the clutch hose line mounting point but there are few place to go as limited range of the hose from slave. & basically that are still going to be hot! any suggestions what to do for heat shielding? Thoughts are to cut the center section from existing bulkhead fit that to donor bulkhead with help of welder friend. sometime this summer so the tunnel attachments are intact. take apart heater as you said. mini has taken up time oil leaks.

This sender loosened up leaked oil 1.5 LT I retightened & I should be able to get quite tight. but the last bit of turn I felt a slight give. Not entirely sure if the threads are a match This is a nla item? I am tempted to coat threads in Red loctite unless someone has other ideas? thnx

Clutch for what ever reason reverse was hard to get to work properly of which could be the old clutch master? but it feels quite firm, rebuilt transmission new clutch new slave? looking all this mess over before ripping apart as it needs to go together again in particular if fittings openings...

I may look at rebuilding but on to removing clutch box, pedals & steering. does It matter which comes out first, if I look at it long enough something will seem obvious?
