Your local indy LR mechanic will have an Autologic or similar, they would normally sync you a new key fob and tell you the Emergency access code for about 30 quid, in my experience
In 20 odd years of intermittent greenlaning I've always relied on good ole soggy OS maps... So, Mem map..
Is it as simple as getting a usb gps receiver(with or without external antenna?) for my laptop/netbook and downloading the software and maps :confused:
