I'd have come along too, but my 110 was in desperate need of sorting wheelbearings and I had to change a propshaft UJ too. Drew's got a good bow wave there.

Have you still got a student's garage at HA? I spent way too much time in there doing engine swaps etc on my old Landies and Mk2 Escorts when I should have been enjoying the student bar (back in the early 90's :o ) . We used to have a rally club too doing night-navigation rallies on the back...

Probably a good idea to make sure your alternator has enough grunt to charge your insulated, go-faster batteries when you have maximum electrical load.

I'd have an electric heated windscreen somewhere on your 'wish llist', and a can of Easy Start! and, obviously, some good winter-suited tyres - why not start a new thread titled 'What tyres can I fit on my Landy?' ;-)
