    definitely sounds like a hose has gone there are no moving parts in the intercooler it is just like a radiator so check and then check again all the hoses especially the elbow one that's the one on the right the small one

    I am sure there is a valve in the accumulator as I accidently had the pipes on the wrong way round and was not getting much vacumm the vacuum pipe of the vacuum pump goes onto the back of the reservoir and the one that goes on the front goes to the vacuum valve on the turbo.i just can not find...
