Well done!! Have you tried the mic out then on the bluetooth? You'll have noticed it's on the other side to where you sit, made for car's with the steering wheel's on the wrong side! This is a common problem, if your caller cant here you you'll have to see about getting the unit mod slightly...

My unit did come with IGO included, mind you it was for the USA! Very handy since I'll never take my car over to drive!! That's where I got my unit from, but I know other on Ebay do include it and will have UK on so no worries there!
