I have a 3" lift on my disco 1 running on a TD5 wide angle prop shaft with QT3 correction arms. It's fine and only vibrates at low speeds. I had 2" lift and 35s on my old 110 with standard props and no correction arms and it was the fine. Did have to replace the uj's quite often though lol!

Modern diesels... Think it was made mandatory from 1993 (this may be for petrol engines only), but generally the location on a disco if one was fitted at manufacture would be part of the front exhaust section, these can be replaced with a decat pipe, usually ok on MOT emission tests :)

All modern engines have catalytic converters, diesels also have a 'diesel particulate filter' because a cat does not filter soot from exhaust fumes.

easiest option is buy the kit direct from mm 4x4. £55 inc vat... got mine and wiring them in tomoz. kit is simple and self explanatory!
