No not to difficult to do, pop over to the how to section and you will find an very good guide on how to replace them, I sure it was done by Hippo.

Washed mine with pressure washer, totally stripped the alloy coating off wheels:mad: now trying to price up repair.

Just done my OSR, I bought the complete rear window regulator for £35 inc p&p from ebay. So much better then using a repair kit, takes about 30-45 mins from start to finish
