Thanks again, I’ll check with the battery fitters to check if they’ve reset it. It’s only a month old though so I suspect the answer probably lies elsewhere.

Thanks, I’ll need to check that, the battery was not changed by the main dealer but it has since had a full service and the battery was disconnected then, wouldn’t the BMS have been reset at that time? Is it something I am able to check?

Battery is brand new, that and the alternator are fine.
