yes it could the ignition system needs to be as good as new, not so important on petrol,you just follow maintenance schedule,but on lpg the ignition system is critical. it has to be in good order.

oh dear, the answer is to go through everything,being lpg the ignition system has to be in excellent order,have you replaced the distributor recently,should be around every 6 months, look at the ignition leads at night,if they are arcing then rerplace,is the coil ok, battery in good health,check...

ok so dual mass flywheel is done still the same bag of bolts been thrown around the drive train,could it be that the crankshaft pulley needs to be replaced,ffs what a friggin money pit,but i know when i have fixed the beast it will be forgiven..........again. rant over.

that is a very sure way of identifying fip problems,does that mean pump is knackered or requires re-timing? can they be adjusted to compensate for wear?
