no this is caused by a loose wire or connection in the drivers door,or at least mine was. mine was a break in the black wire.

it sounds as though your battery needs a charge,it may have volts but does it have the amps? with vehicle running alternator should kick out about 14.3 volts 14.5 is fine 15+ and that is overcharging, put battery on charge and check it is not being drained and see where you go from there. mine...
